9:30 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper, joined by Minister of International Trade and Minister of Pacific Gateway and the Vancouver- Whistler Olympics David Emerson, Minister of Transport, Lawrence Cannon, and Premier of British Columbia, Gordon Campbell, will make an announcement.
