Joining the Prime Minister will be Quebec Premier, Jean Charest; Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, Lawrence Cannon; Minister of Public Works and Government Services, Michael Fortier; Quebec Minister of Transport and Minister responsible for the Capitale-Nationale Region, Michel Després; and Quebec Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports and Minister responsible for the Montérégie Region, Jean-Marc Fournier.
