6:00 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will attend and speak at the Banquet de la Francophonie de Glengarry-Prescott-Russell. He will be joined by Minister of International Cooperation and Minister for La Francophonie and Official Languages, Josée Verner, Commissioner of Official Languages, Graham Fraser, Member of Parliament for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell, Pierre Lemieux, and Member of Parliament for Ottawa-Orleans, Royal Galipeau.
