12:00 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will meet with the Presidents of the Québec Electoral District Association. He will be joined by Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, Lawrence Cannon, and Secretary of State (Agriculture), Christian Paradis.
