1:00 p.m. Prime Minister Stephen Harper will be receiving a tour of a recently constructed bridge at Kicking Horse Canyon. He will be joined by Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, Lawrence Cannon, Premier of British Columbia Gordon Campbell and Member of Parliament for KootenayColumbia, Jim Abbott.
