10:30 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will speak at the opening of the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute. He will be joined by the Premier of Alberta, Ed Stelmach, the Minister of Health and the Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario, Tony Clement and members of the Alberta Caucus.
