1:45 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will Tour the Diefenbaker Canada Centre. He will be joined by Brad Wall, Premier of Saskatchewan; Peter MacKinnon, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Saskatchewan; and Michael Atkinson, Executive Director of the Diefenbaker Canada Centre.
