1:30 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will make an announcement. He will be joined by Minister of Veterans Affairs, Gregory Thompson, Member of Parliament for Kitchener—Conestoga, Harold Albrecht, and Member of Parliament for Ancaster—Dundas—Flamborough—Westdale, David Sweet.
