12:00 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will deliver a speech at the Canadian Club of Toronto luncheon. He will be joined by Leader of the Government in the Senate and Secretary of State for Seniors, Marjory LeBreton, Minister of Finance, Jim Flaherty, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister for Democratic Reform, Peter Van Loan and members of the Ontario Caucus.
