1:30 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will be meeting the crew, skipper and owners of the Nautical Legacy. He will be joined by Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, Loyola Hearn and Member of Parliament for Avalon, Fabian Manning.
