12:00 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will deliver a speech at the Rivière-du-Loup Chamber of Commerce. He will be joined by Minister of Labour and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, Jean-Pierre Blackburn and members of the Conservative caucus.
