9:30 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will attend the Calgary Stampede Flapjack Breakfast at Carnaval de Québec. He will be joined by the Minister of Canadian Heritage, Status of Women and Official Languages, Josée Verner, the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, Lawrence Cannon, the Minister of Industry, Jim Prentice, members of the Québec Caucus, the Mayor of Quebec city, Regis Labeaume and Bonhomme.
