10:00 a.m. - Prime Minister Stephen Harper will participate in a photo opportunity. He will be joined by General Walter Natynczyk, Chief of the Defence Staff.

11:15 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will address members of the Canadian Forces. He will be joined by Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of Health; John Duncan, Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development; General Walter Natynczyk, Chief of Defence Staff; and Lieutenant-General Walter Semianiw, Commander of Canada Command.
