12:15 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will hold a photo opportunity. He will be joined by Denis Lebel, Minister of State (Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec); Pierre Gagnon, CEO of the Port of Sept-îles; and Carol Soucy, Chair of the Port of Sept-îles.

• Media are required to present proper identification for accreditation.
• Registration will take place in the parking lot.
