11 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will make an announcement and will be joined by Ontario Premier, Dalton McGuinty, and the Mayor of Toronto, David Miller. He will also be accompanied by Dave Mackenzie, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.
