11:00 a.m. Prime Minister Stephen Harper will deliver brief remarks and present awards at an event marking the official launch of the Canadian Nurses Association's Centennial Year. He will be joined by Minister of Health and the Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario, Tony Clement.
