10:30 a.m. Prime Minister Stephen Harper will make an announcement. He will be joined by Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board, Chuck Strahl, Minister of Natural Resources, Gary Lunn, Minister of National Defence, Gordon O'Connor, and members of the British Columbia Caucus.
